Wrong Billing System

Received my latest credit card statement today, reflecting an arrears amount. Did telephonic enquiry. I am in arrears because I payed my December installment before the due date!!! Because of this, I am in arrears, which I have never been in my life!!! and I am being charged interest on an "arrears" amount which was actually in advance as well as more than the required amount!!!
I demand some one who can override your inadequate billing system to rectify this ridiculous situation immediately, correct my account, take off the "Arrears" amount, and let me do my normal ON TIME payment like I always do.
