I got my cell phone's upgraded in November the last bill amount was for -R787.00 that I paid on the 1st of December 2012. after that I got a bill and end of December of the same amount and the new contract amount of R R84.50 I paid the R84.50 on 24/12/2012 and e-mailed the statement to them I enquired about the R787.00 and till date nothing. Why do they want me to pay R787.00 again after my upgrade was already approve and they told me that was the last statement. Last night when I got home the cell 0829617252 was blocked.
My statement date for the R84.50 was from 3/12/2012 to 30/12/2012. I'm just sick and tired of the bad service I'm getting from vodacom and all the incorrect information that they give I want this fixed up and my account is not in arrears
