EDGARS DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR ACCOUNT HOLDERS

As can be seen from previous complaint having problems with my Edgars account AND I AM NOT IN ARREARS.
As per instructions telephonic i sent through required documentation to the email address.
THIS WAS ON 15 JANUARY 2014!!! I WENT INTO EDGARS TODAY TO CHECK STATUS OF ACCOUNT AND STILL BLOCKED!!! NO FEEDBACK FROM EDGARS, THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A CRIMINAL. THE LETTER THEY SENT ME DATED 27/12/13 AND RECEIVED AFTER 5 JAN 14 SAYS I HAVE 30... THIRTY... DAYS FROM DATE OF LETTER 27/12/13 TO AGAIN AND I MEAN AGAIN FICA MY ACCOUNT, YET ACCOUNT WAS ALREADY BLOCKED ON 11 JAN 2014. ARE EDCON STAFF NUMERICALLY CHALLENGED. AND WHEN U GO TO EDGARS THE ACCOUNT DOES NOT SAY WHY BLOCKED SO YOU GET ODD LOOKS FROM STAFF.
I AM TIRED OF EDGARS AND THEIR HERD MENTALLY; THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS; WHY, BECAUSE YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER, ONE OF A MILLION. THE FACT THAT YOU HANDLE YOU ACCOUNT IMPECCABLY AND HAVE A GOOD CREDIT RATING MEANS NOTHING, ZIP, NADA, ALL TO THEM.
CAPS LOCK, YES I AM SHOUTING AND YES I AM ANGRY AND THE SOONER I CAN PAY ACCOUNT OF OVER 32 YEARS OFF, THE BETTER.
YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS.
