Im so angry at the service that I am receiving from this company. I have contacted them with regards to my account and the fact that I was retrenched and that they sent me no notification other than a call saying im 2months in arrears. The claim was eventually paid. And updated my credit file. Yes my credit file has been updated saying it has been paid BUT and il say again BUT its still showing on transunion that I have been in arrears. How the could I have been in arrears if the account is suppose to have been blocked because of the retrenchment investigation. Now my credit file has been negatively affected by MR PRICE. I have said in my previous complaint that I hope this is not affecting my credit file and look now it has. I have used so much of my airtime and my time calling to their head office time and time again. I want the fact that they have flagged me as being in arrears to be removed as soon as possible. It was not because I didn't want to pay my account, they have advised me my account is blocked. Im now being listed as a bad payer because of them. I have also consulted with my lawyer to take this matter further. I am clearly not getting anywhere with this
