Hi to whom it may concern...
Well i have vodacom insurance. As i left my phone on my car roof, it fell off and got badly damage. I then phoned vodacom insurance and got excellent service! They said i should go to lakeside mall voda-shop to get a "BER" letter to claim my new phone. As i then did. On my arrival at the store i got very bad service at the counter I then asked for the manager! They told me to have a seat to wait for a manager. I waited for more than 45min as i phoned my insurance while i was in the shop, my insurance then phoned the "lady"(manager) of lakeside voda-shop, "again the help of the insurance consultant was excellent" the manager of the voda-shop came out to me and started shouting and screaming i then told her that i am a customer and should be treated as one!! and this happened in a full shop of customers and this was very unacceptable!
