Vodacom shocking and incompitant service

In January I took my iPhone in for repairs I was told I don't have insurance and it would cost me 2200 to fix! they proceeded to fix it and after 90days I was told it would be sold if I did not pay for it.

In July I went to Vodacom pavilion to upgrade my contract, the assistant asked me why don't I trade in my iphone4 for a 5 I told them that it broke and he asked why don't I claim it from insurance as I have insurance with Vodacom I told him I was told I don't have insurance. he showed me on his system

I returned to the voda care to query/complain about my situation. The manager was rude and raised his voice at me. He refused to give me the name of the consultant that assisted me in January so that I could know who to complain about and said that they cant check on their system either.

My problem is that I have been paying for the Vodacom insurance up to and including this month I was told I don't have insurance and that I believe that the consultant should have checked when I asked and or it should have reflected on her system like it did in the Vodacom shop. Secondly the attitude I was given and now I have reported my problem to Vodacom via twitter and nothing has happened.
