Good day,

in February 2013, i changed my moms contract to my name which wasnt to bad, then Feruary they took still money from my moms account then end of MArch they took suddenly money out of my account with out in forming me at hand, they then took more then they needed to, so my mom phoned Vodacom then they said that Lakeside Mall Vodacom shop doubled charged me. so then i phoned them and they had all these excuses and they said i must phone the head office, so i spoke to a lady and she said that it was true they did double charge me but then i asked her to please send me invoices because i dont receive nothing, then i phoned Lakeside Malls Vodashop again then they said the Manager is not in
