I went into the voda shop in lakeside mall benoni on the 31.08.2013 to conduct a swim swop, i had waited the four hours to put the sim card into my phone only to find that i had been given a random incorrect number. I then went back in the afternoon to get it fixed and it had happened again.i then went back into the store on the 01.09.2013 for the third time to sort it out and got told "sorry its the system" so they did the sim swop once again, and i had been given the same random number for the third time. I went back for the fourth time on the 02.09.2013 to try and sort it out once again but still with no success i had been told by vodacom customer care that it had been cancelled, so it has been four long days without a phone. I was told by Lebo working at the voda shop in lakeside mall to go onto hello peter and make this complaint. All i want is for my sim swop to be done now so that i can use my cell phone agian. The service i have recieved from Vodacom lakeside mal is completly unacceptable.
