I have been trying to resolve this issue since March 2011 with Pholosa, even reported the matter on Hello Peter and a gentlemen from Pholosa by the name of Willie van Wyk tried to assist but this issue still exists.

I am told that I owe over R2K yet I got Nashua legal to send a statement of account which clearly shows that I dont owe any money to Nashua. The person from Nashua legal that sent the statement back in 2011 was Musa Mbatha.

Furthermore, I was short changed by Nashua. I was on the MTN500 and wasnt making lots of calls but I was being charged from the first call, which is not ethically right!

The guys at the Pholosa call centre have been beyond incompetent and quite rude (especially the supervisor). He argued with me and later realised that he was wrong, promised to look into my case as a matter of urgency since late Oct 2012. To date, I have not received any type of feedback from him. I mailed him in Dec (05th) and still no feedback.

I am beyond irritated and disgusted by this type of service!

I want this matter put to bed.
