Despicable, Repulsive, Awful Customer Service

I have been struggling with Nashua for almost 2 weeks now in getting my latest statement in order for me to settle their account. They have taken me from pillar to post in trying to obtain my latest statement. It recently came to my attention that i have been making payments but Nashua hasn't been updating my account. I then phoned them and supplied them with a banking account i have been making payments to which they confirmed existed. Nhlakanipho Hlatshwayo (who is a learner according to his email signature by the way) assured me that I will get my statement within 24 hours from the time of phoning (between 20th and 24th - I don't remember the date exactly but Nhlakanipho will). I have not received my statement yet. Does Nashua actually want to be paid?? is it wrong for me to settle your account Nashua?? should I beg you in order for me to pay you?? I commend Nashua though for hiring 'young people' but at least hire competent young people not this type of person who I think does not know what he is doing. Thanks for Nothing Nhlakanipho Hlatshwayo and Nashua, with that type of service, I will "most Definitely" get another contract with Nashua... Shaking My Head!!! mxm
