Pathetic attitude and service

I wud like to log a complaint against a consultant named Donald who works at Pholosa.
I took out a 24 mnth cellular contract with Mobile U in 2009. This contract shud have cum to an end in Aug 2011. In September 2011 i tried to call Mobile U but the numbers did'nt exist. I called Vodacom who informed me that Mobile U no longer offers contracts and will not be able to upgrade my contract. I advised them that i need them to cancel the contract and return my number to prepaid.
Vodacom and Telkom directory services advised me dat i need to call Mobile U and gave me a few numbers. when i tried calling those numbers they dont exist. I've been trying since September 2011 to get hold of Mobile U to assist me but failed. I even went on to Hello peter and saw that i was not the only client having this problem, Eventually in December 2012 i decided to put a stop order on this debit hoping that maybe someone will call me. No one did but i received a letter from Pholosa. I explained this to Donald and advised that i can make payments arrangements but only if Mobile U cancels my contract. He refused to give me Mobile U details and was very rude to me as well. Call ref: 65922056
