I had a cell C consultant phone me and offer me a data bundles contract, which sounded good and decided to try them and take it out, they told me the package would be delivered to me within 3-7 days, which they delivered
Upon receipt of the package and opened it up, I only received the sim card without the moderm
I immediatly called the csutomer service nr 084 145 was put on hold for 20 minutes, was transferred from one consultant to another, I then sent an email on the 20.03.2013 to [Email Removed] and every day after that I have sent reminders and to this day, 8 days later have not received a reply.
If query is not sorted out by close of business today, i am stopping the debit order on my account and taking out a contract with vodacom.
I had a Vodacom contract for more then 4 yrs and I had never received such pathetic service.
