We had two nashua mobile cell contracts back in 2008 taken at the same time. We paid them in ful in 2010. l even got credited a few hundreds for overpaying. 3yrs later we are called non-stop by SAYA recoveries (acting on behalf of Nashua) claiming we owe Nashua R780-00, I have asked the several times to liase with Nashua because as far as I know I do not owe them. I contacted Mr Musa Mbatha (legal administrator of nashua) who confirmed I do not owe them, I forwaded the e-mail to Iris Labuschagne of Saya yet their debt collectors are still calling me demanding payments. This is ABUSE!!! Nashua PLEASE leave me alone and sort out your account issues with Saya recoveries!
IF we owe Nashua then WHY did we ger credited R267 in July 2020??? I cannot risk my name being listed with credit bereau... PLEASE Nashua do your job and sort this out as a matter of urgency!!!
