I refer to my complaint dd Thu 24 Oct 2013. I received an email that Pholosa Asset Management is sorry for the inconvenience and that the matter will be sorted out. To date still no positive feedback and no clearance certificate. This force me now to take this matter further to the media as well as get legal advice if this matter is not sorted out within 24 hrs. I will also make sure that Pholosa will be known as a company with very poor customer service. I have never come across any company with such bad/poor service!
