Pholosa Asset Management
Threatened Attorney Handover with no explanation

On 8 July 2013 I received a phone call from Pholosa. They informed me that I was owing Cell C an amount (which was never disclosed to me) and that Cell C had handed this matter over to them. I have no outstanding amount with Cell C, as the contract I had with them had been cancelled in April 2011 (when the 2-year contract had expired). Furthermore, my account had always been paid by debit order. I then lodged a complaint on Hellopeter on 14 March 2012 and again on 20 July 2012 because Cell C was illegally taking money from my account, even though the contract expired. On 11 July 2012 Cell C promised to rectify the matter and eventually, on 8/8/2012 the money was repaid to me. I submitted the details of Sipho at Cell C to the representative from Pholosa and asked him to sort out the matter directly with Cell C. The letter I received from Pholosa now implies that I did not respond (although I have the email in which I responded) and now threatens with attorney action. I have NO indication where this "outstanding" amount comes from, nor what the amount is. I tried to call Pholosa and was given the option to leave a message, but the "mailbox was full". Can someone please sort this out?
