Dear MTN.
Finding out what I am being charged for data thou I am on a package that allows me to view sites and not being charged. Well called the centre to find out why I am losing airtime. This lovely lady tried to help me and explain that I am being charged for data, the line dropped while she was explaining what she was going to do. I called back spoke to a this guy, who is not only rude but impolite as well, he does not say please nor thank, not sure if he was speaking to me as a customer or as a friend. He never provided an satisfaction to any questions I had, he kept telling me about the different price plan and the charges of which I am FULLY aware of the charges and the plans, I tried to explain this to him but he kept cutting me off. I ended the call a very un-happy customer.
If you want to lose loyal customers, please have this gentleman treat customers like they doing him a favour by calling.
The WORST service ever.
Please proper train the consultants to be polite and respect customers.
