I've been interested in the Samsung s4 deal from FNB.
On closer inspection I found that the FNB offers is worst for their existing loyal customers than new customers!
New Customers: Samsung Galaxy S4 including 100 minutes, 100MB data, 100 SMS will cost R299
Existing Customers: Samsung Galaxy S4 EXCLUDING 100 minutes, 100MB data, 100 SMS will cost R299
Why are the loyal existing FNB customers given worst offers than new customers. Surely you should be rewarded for being loyal?
Am I as an existing customer subsidizing new customers expenses?
