What a rip off and pathetic Service from this comp

I regret why i renewed my contract with this company, I took a Galaxy S 4 that got damaged within the period of two months. I took my phone back to the shop and i was told that their repair process will take long so they suggested that i must personal take the phone my self to Samsung for repair or replacement phone as their process would be quicker. Up until today i am still waiting for my phone from 8TA's supply that i shouldn't even dealt with from the beginning. I called the area manager in Benoni and i got told that she's on leave, then i spoke to the most unconsiderate lady by the name of Natasha whom told me that she can borrow me an old phone to use while i am waiting for the out come from their Supply as there is nothing that she can do about my problem. The sad part is that when i called their call centre and spoke to Dumisani and Sithembile i was told that the phone needed to be replaced immediately it just did not happen and 8TA is expecting to get money from me at the end of the month for something that i don't use.
