After 5 months of WEEKLY calls to NB's call centre for data charges on my account although I have a Blackberry (CID#3001155900). I have lost the little confidence I had left in NB due to agents telling me on 1 call there is a problem on the line as it appears I have been charged on mobile data charges for items clearly that were to be "covered" by the BIS service. I received a mail from Charmaine yesterday stating charges were correct per their billing dept. Nonsenses!!! Does quality control not happen in this dept regarding what agents promise to clients? Do anyone at NB even know how to follow up and call clients with unresolved queries? All I wish to do now is cancel this contract (period ended in Dec'13 already) and move on, but due to the slow response I receive another month is needed to FINALLY be rid of this useless service provider. Do yourself a favour fore-go any association with this company unless you can handle bad customer service and no customer satisfaction.
