Dreadful After Sales Service

I went to the centurion cape union mart to open up an account, and was then advised that RCS was their financial provider. When I went in to pick up my card as it was approved there were a lot of costs indicated for me to sign. When asked to explain in store nobody could fully explain service charges and interest to be charged, so obviously this led me to believe there is a training gap between the store and RCS the financial provider. I was not happy so I decided to call the call centre. I called and spoke to Sibongile telling her I am cancelling my account on the same day that I opened the account, because I do not fully understand how it works, she then advised me that she will call me back, to no avail I am still waiting for that call, I decided to call again and repeat the whole story again at my cost, and asked for someone to call me back if they valued their customers. Clearly they do not as I have not received a call as yet. Sorry but not sure if I am interested anymore, and would definetly spread the word abouth the service I received.
