Transaction in November on expired tablet sim card. I stay in Pta. in Springs. I reported this 25th November. Vodacom acknowledged the transaction. Zero progress in ending the contract and refunding a huge cell phone account. Consultants very friendly but useless - not one promise delivered. I phoned weekly, visit customer care in Menlyn, e-mailed customer care 3 times, phoned head office twice. nobody seem to be able to solve this problem... I am extremely unhappy and frustrated.
