MISLEADING AND FRAUDALENT TRANSACTION

BOUGHT A 'DEMO' TATA INDICA 2013, EMAIL ON 19 NOVEMBER STATES ODO AT 15 000KM, WHEN I SIGNED AT MFC NEDBANK FEW DAYS LATER, ODO AT 18 000KM. WHEN CAR DELIVERED TO ME ON 30 NOVEMBER ODO WAS 32 000 (DRIVER DOOR LATCH BROKEN, BACK DOOR NOT OPENING ETC.). ON THE 05 DECEMBER I FOUND OUT THIS CAR WAS NOT A DEMO AND WAS ALREADY SERVICED FOR IT'S 30 000KM ON THE 06 NOVEMBER AND PREVIOUESLY OWNED BY SATINSKY GROUP OF COMPANIES. CLEARLY THIS WAS MISLEADING AND A FRAUDALENT TRANSACTION. TATA AGREED TO TAKE BACK THE CAR AND CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION, UP TO DATE STILL WAITING FOR TRANSACTION TO BE CANCELLED WITH THE BANK. PHONED CUSTOMER CARE, NO ANSWER, SENDED THEM AN EMAIL, NO REPLY. THIS LEAVE ME NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO PRESENT THIS CASE TO THE MEDIA, SUNDAY SUN, RAPPORT, SUNDAY TIMES, SOWETAN, CARTE BLANCHE, DAILY SUN AND THE MOTOR INDUSTRY OMBUDSMAN. I WANT SOUTH AFRICA TO ABOUT THIS POOR MISLEADING AND FRAUDALENT TRANSACTION.
