VODACOM CUSTOMERS: Be aware!! We have just picked up that a company called Content Provider Integrate Pty Ltd is illegally accessing VODACOM client accounts and making transactions and buying products on your account without any notification or approval sms's as required by law to approve a transaction. Our account has suddenly been used to buy content from just after 5pm up till 3 am in the morning that no person could verify in our case or in VODACOM customer care because the above mentioned company can not be found or contacted but amounts from R 6, 14 per transaction and loads of premium sms's are displayed on our account that accumulate tot the amount of R 52, 87 over night - excluding VAT!! We have to log a complaint, and we have to follow up, and we have to solve the issue! VODACOM IS NOT EVEN TRYING TO HELP SOLVE THE FACT THAT A COMPANY IS AND ACCESSING THEIR CLIENTS ACCOUNTS!!
