On 5 November 2013 I tried to purchase Your MY GIG 3 Once Off Bundle service using the iPhone Vodacom App, the first transaction was unsuccessful so I tried again. The second transaction was successful but I was credited and billed for both. I called Vodacom Customer care to log a call and I was given a reference number: Dear Customer, Your service request no. S3-T6T31-12MSA has been logged. We will contact you via sms, email or phone call within 24 hours.
Vodacom Customer Care: 082111. I got this SMS a day the next day: Dear Vodacom Customer: Kindly note your query has been handed to our billing department for urgent investigation. We will contact you as soon as this problem has been resolved.
Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care Brad Williams. I am still waiting for feedback. Neither the data bundle nod the charges have been reversed.
