I laid a complaint more than 2 weeks ago into the Welkom branch Freestate the Goldfields mall with Shannon Weiss over an internet usage under my contract with my sons cell no i have a topup contract and now i have a bill of R10 000.00 of internet one of the customer service men at Vodacom headoffice said it would take 2weeks to sort out the problem in the mean time Vodacom i havent had no feedback and then on Sat 30th November at 8am i received an sms from my ABSA Bank that Vodacom went and debited a whopping R12 500.00 out of my transmission account without my Authority and also that im still waiting for feedback from Vodacom I have reversed the transaction immediately as its not right and i have other debit orders that go through for surely they can see it doesnt look right as i have a topup I am very unhappy and and consider in cancelling my contract in March and moving to another network operator please fix this then I will pay the right amount but until then I will hold Vodacom responsible for any transaction charges that have been charged on my contract Thank you
