I have been trying to cancel my Telkom line for week, and have no luck. The call center phone number is always busy - I've been trying to reach them for weeks, and holding for 30 minutes at a time! No ONE answers the phone!!! I went to their office - they cant help me, I must call the same call center! I tried to email - no one replies! I tried to lodge a complaint - the phone number given for complaints on their website (0113337188) DOES NOT EXIST! I mean really - how bad can the service get?
