I took up an upgrade with my current provider of over 2 years. An upgrade in October whereas it was meant to stay as a top up 200 but things changed without me being informed. In December the 15th I was debited R 5000 for an open contract which I never selected I have requested recordings and a refund as I never went into such contract. None which have been done I have also again been put on an open contract which I never requested all o want is the recordings of me agreeing to such or my refund.
