Incompetence on dealing with accounts

This started about 3 months ago when I was meant to take over the payments of 2 of the existing contracts we already have with this service provider that was on my mothers name. We both went into the store to fill out the necessary paperwork and clearly stated what needed to be done with the account. We were both assured that it would be done however that was not the case at all! Both my mother and I received our bills but the incorrect contract was transferred to my name and the remaining contracts were on hers. We then went back to the store and asked them to rectify the problem and we were told they would. Weeks passed by and they still couldnt get a simple instruction right until my mother posted her complaint on this site 2 weeks ago. She was immediately contacted by Mr Ikraam Abrahams who apologised and assured that the matter be resolved if we sent the paperwork he needed to do so. He then came back a few days later asking for the transaction number on our bank statements as they couldnt find record of my accounts?! My question is why have I been billed then for 3 months if im not even on the books? BUYING TIME if you ask me. Its a new month-this account problem is still a mess!!
