Good day i tried to upgrade at a cell c branch in PMB and was told that i am due for an upgrade and i requested to upgrade. when the lady was processing my request she then told me that i have recently upgraded online and that upgrade was done by Lynette
The lady then contacted cell c upgrade division and i spoke with lynette who promised to contact me the following day in the morning as she wanted to retrieve the recordings. nect day no one contacted me until around 2pm when lynette contacted me and said that i must fax my copy of Id to her so that she can reverse the upgrade.i then sad to her i need answers before the upgrade is reversed. Who did the upgrade? where is the phone? when was the phone delivered? which courier compony was used? who signed for the phone? which address was used to deliver the phone? if i did the upgrade on 02 September 2013 why is the system show my number as due for an upgrade?
i then requested to speak with the supervisor Nirvana who also was unable to answer my questions, i requested that she provide me with the recordings and she said that senior manager must approve that, i will need to apply. cell number is 0746490810
