Sell direct called me in september to upgrade my contract that I hold with Telkom Mobile (8ta). The initial contract was an open contract, but I changed it to a top up which would cost R98.50. This was supposed to be affective 01 October, but Selldirect did not change my contract with 8ta and when I called them they said that the top up I requested was not available anymore and I had to take a new one which would cost R109.50. This was still not changed with 8ta. I am still on an open contract and now I have to pay R176.20 and no one can help me with this because selldirect failed to change my contract with 8ta. I feel that this is really unfair and I dont understand why I am liable for this amount when I had requested a top up. This is a definate breach of contract and I will also pay a huge amount for November and I shouldnt be liable for that. Please can someone from sell direct fix this because this is not the agreement I had made.
