CANNOT UPGRADE CONTRACT

Good morning, My wife has been a client with Vodacom for the past 9 years, yesterday when we tried to upgrade her contract to the Smart M, we were informed of the following two things. Due to her profile being affected by the fact that her debit orders bounced several times, she cannot upgrade. I have two voice recordings as well as emails stating otherwise were we tried to update the bank details (refer to your voice recordings as well) several times without success, every time I needed to do an EFT. Apart from that, there is an ITC listings which has already been paid in FULL by myself and the listings as you know will stay there until they decide to remove it as the request for removal has already been give through to ITC. We need to know if Vodacom is going to help us upgrade the contract to Smart M without any access amounts that need to be paid in. Should we not be accommodated, we will terminate the contract and rather go to another service provider whom does have their admin in order.
