I battle now for 3 days for someone at VODACOM to assist me with an upgrade. If you fill in the form to upgrade on their website, you get an email that they will contact you back within 24hrs but they don't phone you back or respond on a mail that you sent them. Or you get cut off during a conversation and they just don't contact you back or they will tell you that they will phone you back in a few minutes time and they don't. It is so sad that a company as big as VODACOM has people working their that don't do their job.
