I have been a valued customer of Vodacom for almost 10 years now and all I want to do is upgrade my contract. My upgrade was due almost 2 months ago, but I am just denied. Every time I try to sort it out I get some bad call center person putting me on hold for 20 minutes just to tell me they will phone me back in 10 minutes and after 3hours I have to phone back to be placed on hold again. DO YOU EVEN WANT BUSINESS VODACOM???
