Vodacom is def not up to standard, the people do NOT know what they are doing, ive been busy with Vodacom repair shop for 4 days, and phone came back more damaged, it didn't have any problems on Monday, accept for I couldn't bbm, it made that black box, I paid r400, and they did a 'software upgrade', so they say, got the phone back, everything was the same, it looked right, when I got home, it did the same, took it back on Tuesday, got it yesterday, and NOTHING worked, it rebooted about 15 times, my phone DOES not look the same, and still is not working, I realy don't think they KNOW what they are doing, as for my phone had MORE problems when I got it back, the stings, I don't know what they did, but that's not right, coz it differs from Monday, it worked on Monday, when they did the 'software' upgrade, since then, LIKE I SAID, MORE PROBLEMS, AND STILL NOTHING IS WORKING so why did I pay for something that was not fixed and came back MORE MESSED UP, but that's not the 1st time Vodacom has took me for a ride, I haven spent more then R5000 in the last 4 months on my contract, well I stopped paying, VODACOM is just not a very good provider, nor are the very HELPFULL EVER.
