My husband and I have applied and gotten approval for the smart tv combo deal mid december already, by the 19th dec we received the wireless modern with sim and data and were told that the delivery of the tv would take about 10 as the tv license still needed to be approved, why all that couldnt be done when we intially applied, I cant understand. We are still waiting on the tv, everyday we try to get hold of the MTN the phones just ring, yesterday I was lucky enough to get an answer and I am still waiting on the consultant to get back to me, it is starting to become ridiculous now as MTN will be taking the first debit order soon and we havent even received the device!!!
Please advise how I can follow this up, otherwise I'd prefer to cancel the contract!
