I applied online for a smart device through FNB, 2 days later I received an SMS saying that my application had been received and I will hear from them shortly to advise me if it has been approved or not. I have not as yet heard anything further. I called the FNB service number to find out what the status of my application was and I was told that it had been approved and loaded onto my account. I was not notified that it had been approved or not. The consultant then said that she will get someone to contact me and let me know what is happening with regards to my smart device and delivery etc. I am still waiting for the call... What a complete lack of response and service on FNBs part. I feel like changing banks!
