Smart Device service TERRIBLE

It's been over a month since I applied for my smart device from FNB. I'm still waiting. I phoned in an was approved, they promised delivery and after the 10 - 15 day wait I contacted them again. I was only then told that I had to change all my debit orders. After that was all done I contacted them again asking about the delivery and was to and told it would was being scheduled for delivery and would be contacted again within 3 days. I phoned again 3 days later asking what was happening, I was then told it wasn't scheduled and it was being scheduled as we speak. I've now called AGAIN and found out it was not in fact scheduled last week. Only yesterday. I'm expecting to have to phone again in 3 days to find out what has gone wrong this time. No clear information is provided and I am constantly being messed around.
