"The system incorrectly invoiced you" she said

I cancelled my two contract with Cell C on the 20th November 2013. Before i could even decide to cancel i emailed them asking about all the procedures and monies that i need to pay. They gave me the amounts to pay and confirmed that all my contracts are now on prepaid. On the 31st i get debited from my Fnb acc. When i called to inquire Swazi said is the cancellation fee, and later said the system has incorrectly invoiced me. She will open and close my invoice and check what went wrong and call me within 48 hours. Its been 5 days now waiting for her to call me and tell me what is going on, . When i call the customer care, i am asked the same questions all over again. i wonder why they are not updating our calls and say what we said exactly when we called.
I need my money back and no one seems to be assisting me or taking me serious. I have emails to prove what i am talking about. I am not happy with how they are handling this matter, when you call the customer care and go to the shop they speak different language but it is one brand. I struggled to even just get a confirmation letter of my contracts being cancelled. I need my money Cell C, please am tired of calling the 140 & 147.
