I have been waiting a whole month since my order for a smart device. i was told that my device was sent to the couriers on saturday (30 Nov) expecting delivery on Monday. i am still waiting and my leave has been put on hold for this especially when i mentioned i needed it ASAP as i will be leaving the country on vacation. this is unacceptable service, wasting my time and money from FNB and who ever relates to them.
