No response on Smart Device Application

Good Day!

I am an FNB Customer, I have applied for a smart Device on the 11th of January, received an SMS on the 13th of the same month stating that I will be advised of the outcome and since, silent time.

I have applied for a device before, and it was very quick and I was kept posted every time till the delivery happened. but this time, it is really not good.
