Waiting and waiting and waiting

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S3 on the 19th of December 2012. I received a phone call on the 20th (the next day) to advise me that it was approved and to give me a reference number. I was told that I would receive my phone in 3 to 7 days. Well... I am still waiting! It is almost a month and I get pushed from pillar to post and back again. I have made numereous phone calls and been to see a manager at Northcliff Corner, last week Wednesday (9th January) I just want to know WHEN EXACTLY I will get delivery of my phone?! I have heard from various people that their experience with FNB was awesome and they received their orders 24 to 48 hours after approval. This was meant to be a xmas present for my son. Had I known it would take this long I could have placed the order a year in advance!!
