Good Day

To whom it may concer.

I am very upset and unhappy with FNB services. I order smart device on the 16 April 2013 where by FNB standards says it takes 10 to 15 working days. The 15 working days pass and i am still waiting for my smart device to be delivered. I called in on the 19th to follow up and i has been told that FNB had no stock but should get stock in the next three days. On the 27th my girlfriend follow up Petro where they said stock has been arrived by the end the week we will get the phone.

This more than month and still waiting going in for two months yesterday i phone to follow up and said the phone is on its way when phone at three the couriers apperiantley did not have anything under my name.

So FNB how pathetic can you be and how do you life up to your standards of how can we help you. Since i order my device and following up this query is getting esculated from pilar to post. So how going to help me by going the exstra mile want my device by Friday don't care what you do. Otherwise take this futher.
