I ordered a smart device bundle from FNB on 03 Jan 2014. I got approved the next day, then I got a call from Yushaa at Digital Planet to confirm that I have a TV License on the 8th, after which I was told I'd be called back to arrange delivery. 3 Weeks later and I still haven't received a call or my TV. This is ridiculous!! Is there no SLA on delivery?? I'm getting fed up of waiting.
