I ordered a sushi kit online on 5th December with Superbalist, the shipping dates were 12th Dec - 20th Dec. Leading up to the dealine, stock hadn't been received, I called several times including the 19th and was assured "there is no notification or delivery delay, you will receive it on time".
On the 20th I received a call saying there was a delay and I'd receive it next week. I changed the address from my office to my old home (holiday) and requested that a manager please contact me
A week after the missed deadline still had no delivery.
Two weeks after the missed deadline still no delivery.
I called to find out what was happening. There was still no update, I asked again if I could speak to a manager and I was told my request had been passed on. I changed my delivery address a third time as I was now at a new apartment.
The next day I was notified stock had been received and that I would receive the order on Friday. I was dubious of their competence so I double checked the delivery address, it was wrong, I changed it again.
No delivery Friday, I called, was promised delivery Saturday.
No Delivery Saturday.
Monday delivery came... still waiting for management to call
