On October 24 I upgraded my contract. I was on the verge of leaving vodacom because the prices were ridiculously high and was going to change to cell c... the person whom i spoke to convinced me to stay and was going to put me on a topup contract and give me 1 gig data every month for free, also he was said that i wouldn't have to pay a migration fee.
When my new contract started in November i received my airtime that would have been allocated as per normal, but i never received the data that was promised. I called vodacom customer care and that person assured me it will be sorted out. I never got that data. In December i waited till the 4th to receive my data and airtime - neither came, i couldn't make calls or anything. eventually in the middle of the month after calling over and over i received the airtime and only 1 gig of data even though they said that i would get the previous months data which i didn't get. now in January i still haven't received my data for November and January either. I have been calling and calling and even though they say i will receive it i have not and it's now the 14th. I really should cancel this contract because they don't want me as a customer.
