I took out a new contract in June with Vodacom on per second billing. After a month I changed it to a top up contract where I should receive R315 airtime and 500MB promotional data for 24 months.
However, I only receive my R315 airtime on the 1st of each month. For the last three months I have to call about every second day for 2-3 weeks before I receive the promotional data. Last month I received the data about 10 days before I should have received Novembers data again.
I cannot call Vodacom every month for 3 weeks to receive what I should.
This is unacceptable and really poor customer service.
