I am a Namibia n citizen, working in SA. I wanted to open a new account at Vodacom and with all my papers in hand applied, with the attended saying he will call me to confirm within 24 hours. 3 Days later, after no response I went back to check what is going on, the same guy replied, " we need your ID", mailed it back the same day. Again 3 days later, He called and said that if I give permission to someone, they can go and get it, she went in with Vodacom saying it will take one month!
