I have a contract with mtn. I have been sitting with a unresolved issue: My number does not exist when vodacom numbers call me, they have to try calling about 8 times before they get through. I have been to the mtn branch and they logged complaints all the time, but nothing came of it.

This morning i wake up, send a whatsapp msg and it wouldn't go through. I check my airtime, and its all gone. My contract money: R100 airtime, 135mb data and 25 sms's were loaded on the 14th May 2013. I bought extra data, so last night i had R65 airtime, 145mb data and 25 sms's. This morning, i have R0.01 on my phone, 0mb data and 25 sms's. I have not used it at all and i want my money and data back.

This is rediculous. Why do i pay R200.00 a month for airtime that gets taken away?
