Data usage bill

I received an SMS on Thursday 02/01/14 to inform me that the data usage on my account is very high R4572.64 at the time. I contacted Vodacom and was told that the problem would be investigated and I received an SMS with ref number S3-O4Q2-11SS7 telling me that it could take up to 14 days to investigate.
As I have an ADSL line with 3G in my home, which my cell phone connect to for data, and I did not go away in December the data usage is impossible.
After I received a bill on 03/01/14 for the amount of R5323.60m which will be debited to my account on 03/02/14, I phoned Vodacom, held on for 20 minutes, selected the call back where 1 hour to response was promised. No response!
I wrote a mail on 09/01/14 and received a response with a promise of feedback within 24 hours, no further response!
I wrote another mail on 13/01/14. I received a response today which said the problem is being looked into!
I am very unhappy with the bill, the lack of proper response and do not want to end up being the person who could get blacklisted for not paying my bills.
