Vodacom
Ref S3-TYI1E-EIW03

To whom it may concern

I received a bill of R13, 526.19 of which, to my knowledge, is shocking! Never ever since I had a Blackberry, and in all the time that I have downloaded compressed files (which is normally 67.00MB) have I ever been charged such an amount.

When I spoke to one of your agents the other day, he told me its because I download big files, I don't. I asked him, is it not PROTOCALL that when ever a client data usage or any other type of usage, begins to get high, is VODACOM not supposed to inform the client about it, don't you normally send out SMS' informing the client about their high usage?? I can swear I have never received any SMS' or any form of other communication from you to inform me that my data usage is starting to exceed, then and only then I would have realised that something is wrong.

If this means that you have to block my simcard, I'm not going to pay this amount, as this clearly seems to be some kind of misunderstanding, because R13, 526.19 for data usage is totaly rediculous, can my Blackberry even take up such a huge amount of data??? I need you to look into this, and sort out this problem.

Yours sincerely
Bronwyn Williams-Theys
